Summer Semester is so quiet, I wish I could take more classes in the summer.

Normally, I am a very calm waitress. Well, “calm” when it is absolutely necessary. My first table of the day was a 7 top ( 3 adults, 4 children. I'm not liking this ratio.) They gave me a drink order and food order quickly (thank god, no one is trying to listen to a shy 2.5 year old attempt to give a stranger a food order) but after that they were just plain obnoxious.disrepectful,(that sort of thing). They finally finished and left. I went to approach the table and yes even though there is not a tip there is just a disaster of a mess. I understand that some people just don’t tip, some people just aren’t gonna like me, and some will think that I am just a terrible waitress. What does make me upset is that someone would leave such a crazy insane mess. I don’t expect you to clean it like it’s your job because I know that it’s mine to fully take care of messes, but what I am asking is if your child leaves 1/2 of a pizza (personal size-ish) on the floor could you be decent enough to pick it up and put it on the table, or call me over and I’ll get something to take care of it? Don’t leave it on the floor for me to find and then stiff me as if to say you weren’t good enough to serve our food to us so here pick this up off the floor.  Being a server isn’t a glamorous job but it is a REAL job and I think to be able to go into a business and be unkind to someone and to treat my work area like its a barn floor is really shitty.

I work to make sure you have what you need, you get fed, enjoy your time and relax. You throw pizza on my floor and you “forget” to tip me.

How lucky am I?
